Who we are

We are UXTheme, our website address is: https://uxtheme.net. UXTheme is a part of Grayic.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Download or Purchase

We use Gumroad as our Payment processor and downloading system. When users download a free product or purchase a premium product, they need to give email address to Gumroad form which is required to send the download link. Also, Gumroad may ask you for your location input (Country) for giving better experiences. We (UXTheme) do not store direct data on our server. But we have the full list of email address of our users who are downloading or purchasing from us. This is important to give future support to our customers. If you subscribe to our newsletter using Paddle form, you will get regular updates from us. For more, please visit Gumroad privacy policy: https://gumroad.com/privacy

Contact forms

If you contact us through our website, your name and email are required to send a message. We collect these data in our inbox for future uses like replying to you. Same thing happens when you subscribe to our newsletter.

Who we share your data with

We never share your data with any third-party services or owners.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
